After facing my own personal Military to Civilian Transition challenges, I have dedicated my civilian service to helping others work through the process. I’ve spent time creating a number of resources.

• Deploy- to put you in a position of readiness, set you up strategically and appropriately so that you are ready for solid employment
• Employ- the tools, tips and strategies to achieve your end goal. Apply new and improved ways to employ your skills
• Regain- a sense of pride, confidence and self esteem.
